Chef Gras has been collaborating with one of California’s legendary winemakers — Cakebread Cellars — to create an unforgettable five-course dinner with each successive food and wine especially chosen to extract the essence of the ensemble.
Dennis Cakebread, who was raised in his family’s winemaking heritage, joins a select group of fortunate diners to savor this historic meal in our Lake Shore private dining room.
